3. Seminar Registration & Conduct

Participants registering for our cohort intensives and workshops agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete contact and billing information.
• Refrain from disrupting interactive classroom sessions or sandbox environments.
• Abide by network security rules during simulated testnet exercises. Any intentional attempt to execute malicious actions outside designated sandbox boundaries will result in immediate termination of access without refund.

4. Limitation of Liability

Distributed ledger systems and validator software involve inherent technical risks, including software bugs, network partitions, and protocol changes.

To the maximum extent permitted under Malaysian law, Luno Validator Learning Hub Sdn. Bhd. shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or operational losses (including loss of staking rewards, hardware failures, or network slashing penalties) incurred by participants applying concepts discussed in our educational materials to their own live systems.

5. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
