Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Luno Validator Learning Hub Sdn. Bhd., we strive to provide world-class technical education in validator operations and consensus mechanics. Because our cohorts feature limited seat capacities and require dedicated cloud testnet sandbox provisioning, we maintain clear guidelines regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.

1. Public Cohort Seminars & Workshops

For scheduled public cohort registrations (e.g., Validator Architecture Intensive, Key & Wallet Security Workshop):

A. Full Refund Eligibility (100% Refund)

• You may cancel your registration and receive a 100% full refund if written notice is received at least 14 calendar days prior to the scheduled cohort start date.

B. Partial Refund Eligibility (50% Refund)

• Cancellations requested between 13 and 7 calendar days prior to the cohort start date are eligible for a 50% partial refund to cover administrative overhead and pre-allocated cluster capacity.

C. Non-Refundable Window (Less than 7 Days)

• Cancellations made less than 7 calendar days prior to the cohort start date, or participant no-shows on the day of instruction, are non-refundable. However, participants may request to transfer their registration to a future scheduled cohort at no additional fee (subject to seat availability).

2. Non-Refundable Items & Services

The following items are strictly non-refundable once initiated:

• Dedicated Testnet Clusters: Once a customized or private sandbox cluster has been spun up for an organization (typically 5 days prior to training).
• Digital Handbook Access: Once proprietary course materials, diagnostic bash scripts, and reference handbooks have been downloaded or accessed.
• Completed Seminars: Once instruction has commenced or been delivered.

3. Custom Institutional Training & Advisory Briefings

For customized corporate seminars or dedicated institutional briefings:

• Deposit Policy: A 30% non-refundable deposit is required upon engagement signing to lock instructor dates and initiate custom curriculum development.
• Rescheduling: Institutional clients may reschedule training dates up to 10 business days prior to commencement without penalty. Rescheduling with less than 10 business days notice incurs a 15% re-booking fee to cover reserved instructor availability.

4. Refund Request Process & Processing Timelines

To initiate a cancellation or refund request:

1. Send an email to contact@logic-tempohub.click with the subject line “Refund Request - [Invoice Number / Participant Name]”.
2. Include the registered participant’s full name, course title, scheduled date, and reason for cancellation.
3. Our coordinator will acknowledge and review your request within 2 business days.
4. Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days via the original payment method (Malaysian bank transfer / DuitNow / telegraphic wire).

5. Hub-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Luno Validator Learning Hub must cancel or reschedule a cohort due to unforeseen instructor illness, severe weather, or infrastructure failure:

• Participants will be offered their choice of an immediate 100% full refund or priority guaranteed placement in the next scheduled cohort date.
